Mental Health Awareness 17th October 7.30pm

Trevor Lowe is the Charlie Waller Memorial Trust trainer for the south-east and central regions, Trevor joined the charity after a long career with the NHS gaining extensive experience in the treatment and care of people suffering from a variety of mental health problems. Trevor has been greatly motivated by the trust and its way of educating people on the importance of looking after their own mental health, and also highlighting how common things like depression are but that effective treatments are accessible.

Trevor talks to all types of people about mental health issues in order to raise awareness and ultimately reduce stigma and encourage the seeking of help. We look forward to an informative evening!

Look forward to seeing you there at 7.30pm.
